  ZIRCONIA OR DIAMOND?

In this box you have the option to choose what kind of gem you want it to be placed in the mounting that you like, you can choose between a diamond and zirconia.

Zirconia is a synthetic gem that is visually very similar to diamond, but they are very different from what you might think, some differences in terms of its mineral properties are its ability to conductivity, transparency and hardness.
The main difference is that although visually jewelry are very similar flashes emitted by the zirconia have a life cycle, ie over time the luster will disappear giving the stone a matt appearance while DIAMOND flashes are emitted forever.

Whatever your choice we are sure you will love your piece, but definitely the most desirable diamonds are to represent the promise that his relaciion be for a lifetime.

It should be noted that in models with several stones if you choose zirconia stones of the mount will be to zirconias forzozamente the eyepiece is balanced, aesthetic and beautiful..

If you want a diamond that offer different features on the model of ring you like, fill out the form below and send it to contacto@anello.com.mx we will send the price of the model with the type of diamond you want.

Remember to take into account the following features that determinana the price of diamonds:

CARAT WEIGHT (CARAT)

It refers only to the weight of the diamond. One carat diamond is equal to 0,200 grams, is the standard unit of weight for diamonds and other precious stones, that is, the heavier the diamond the more valuable it is. However, we must distinguish it from karat gold and features that are fully independent and has nothing to do with each other.

PURITY (CLARITY)

In general, every diamond has some impurities in it and depending on their location, nature and number of these will be assigned a grade to the stone that is being evaluated.

CLASSIFICATION OF DEGREE OF PURITY

PURE, NO INCLUSIONS (FL) "The flawless grade"

Entirely pure (IF) "The Internally Flawless grade"

VERY VERY SMALL INCLUSIONS 1 (VVS1) "the very, very Slightly include 1"

VERY VERY SMALL INCLUSIONS 2 (VVS2) "the very, very Slightly included 2"

VERY SMALL INCLUSIONS 1 (VS1) "The Very Slightly included 1"

VERY SMALL INCLUSIONS 2 (VS2) The Very Slightly included 2 "

Small inclusions (SI1) "the Slightly included 1"

SMALL INCLUSIONS (SI2) "the Slightly included 2"

IMPERFECT STAGE 1 (I1) "imperfect 1"

IMPERFECT STAGE 2 (I2) "imperfect 2"

COLOR

Probably all the diamonds you see "white" but there are several ranges of white and the more colorless the diamond, the more valuable it is, plain white stones convey the whole range of colors without any kind of absorption of light, giving the stone pure white. The diamond color is measured in ranges and these are determined on a letter of the alphabet. The range for determining the color of diamond color ranges from D being the pure white, to Z which is a yellow or brown.

CUT

This characteristic is what makes and determines the brightness and the number of flashes of diamond, this feature is divided into two important aspects:

a) Court if the diamond has good proportions of cut, the stone reflects more light. A good cut should be placed at each of the faces in a precise geometrical relationship to the demaás. These ratios refer to the size and angle relationships between the facets and different parts of a stone. They also include the polish and symmetry of a gem.

The perfect cut that meets these characteristics is called HEARTS AND ARROWS (H & A) "Hearts and Arrows" because under the magnifying glass is as follows:

b) CUT refers to the outer shape and polish the diamond and the line that keeps its shape, for example: bright with a completely round and completely square princess.
